These are Vayu Living’s standard Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs” which set out the basis on which you can use the Vayu Living website and services. You will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the T&Cs. Please read these carefully and, if you are unhappy with any aspect, you should contact our customer service before placing an order with us.
We periodically modify these T&Cs. Please check the top of this page to determine the last update date. The T&Cs in effect at the time of your order will govern the contract between you and us each time you purchase products from us. If we make substantial changes to these T&Cs affecting your order, we will notify you well in advance, providing an opportunity to cancel the contract if you are dissatisfied with the changes.
GENERAL
Where these T&Cs refer to “Vayu Living”, ‘we’, ‘us’, etc it is referring to Vayu Living Ltd a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13370216, trading from 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Where these T&Cs refer to ‘you’, ‘your’ etc, it is referring to you, the individual purchasing products from Vayu Living.

If we need to contact you, we will do so using the contact details you have provided to us while using the Website, including by writing to you at your address, e-mailing you, or by using telephone or text if you supply us with your contact number.
When this Agreement uses terms such as "writing" and "written", that wording includes e-mails.

CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE
The website may undergo periodic changes, such as alterations to product prices, the removal of specific products from sale, or modifications to the terms of special offers. While we typically notify our users via email about significant changes in advance, we retain the right to implement changes at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
We do not provide a guarantee that the website or its content will always be accessible, and uninterrupted access is not assured. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of the entire website or any portion thereof for business and operational reasons at any given time.
PRICING
Great attention has been devoted to crafting the content on this website, especially in ensuring the accuracy of details, descriptions, and prices as presented at the time of publication. We, however, only accept orders when there are no significant errors in the description of the products or the advertised prices on this site. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges.
The total cost of your order includes the price of the products, VAT at the prevailing rate, and the stipulated delivery charges during the checkout process. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until we dispatch your order. The prices shown in your online shopping cart reflect the most recent price displayed on the product's detail page.
Kindly be aware that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If, for any reason, the issuer of your payment card declines payment or fails to authorize the payment to us, we will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of products. Ownership of the products remains with us until full payment is received from you.
AVAILABILITY
The availability of all products is contingent upon their stock status. Prices stated as valid on our website remain applicable as long as the products are available, or otherwise indicated. If the products you have ordered are not available, we will promptly notify you.
SALE CONTRACT
No contract for the sale of products will exist between us until we confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an order confirmation email. We will send e-mails to the contact e-mail address provided by you to us during the process of submitting your order and/or registering an account on the Website. Once we send you the order confirmation email, a legally binding contract will come into force between us. In any event, we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
If for any reason we cannot accept your order (if, for example it is out of stock, or if we are unable to verify the payment details that you provide to us) then we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the products. To the extent that payment has already been taken, we will give you a refund using the same method you used to pay for the products. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.
ORDER PROCESS
The ordering process involves the following steps:
- Add the products which you wish to purchase to your shopping cart
- For returning customers, log into your online customer account to complete the order. If you've forgotten your password, you can use the "forgotten password" link.
- New customers can either create a customer account by providing their email address or proceed with the "Express Checkout" option at the top of the page. Alternatively, enter contact details (including email and shipping address) in the lower section of the page.
- Choose your preferred delivery method.
- Provide delivery and billing addresses, along with any required payment information.
- Carefully read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Before submitting your order you will have a final opportunity to review the products to be purchased and their prices (including any additional charges and fees such as delivery costs) and all of the information you have submitted.
- Click 'Submit' to confirm and finalize your order.
ORDERING ERRORS
Regrettably, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, please email our Customer Services at contact@vayuliving.com. Your rights for cancellation, as well as the valid cancellation periods, are outlined in our Returns Policy.
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information provided, including billing address, personal details, delivery address, and payment method.
In the event that we are unable to process your order, such as due to incorrect payment details, we will notify you promptly and request you to resubmit your order. We are not liable if we cannot process your order due to an error on your part.
If we attempt to deliver your order but encounter difficulties because of an error on your part (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address) and you haven't informed us of this mistake by contacting contact@vayuliving.com, you may be held responsible for any additional delivery or storage costs we incur, as well as any loss or damage to the delivered products.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
Upon receiving your order, we will promptly notify you via email to acknowledge its receipt and provide you with an order number. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgment, we will reach out to you via email or telephone to inform you of the situation.
The acceptance of your order will be confirmed by sending you an email indicating that the products have been dispatched. A legally binding contract between us will be established at this point (or, in the rare occurrence that a dispatch confirmation is not sent due to a processing error, when the products are dispatched to you). Should you need any information regarding your order, please contact us at contact@vayuliving.com referencing your order number.
It's important to note that we may decline your order if a product you've ordered is out of stock, if we detect a product or pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Keep in mind that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase from you at any time.
DELIVERY
The delivery cost for your order will be clearly presented on the website before you finalize your purchase, and you may have the option to choose from various delivery methods.
Throughout the ordering process, we will inform you of our estimated delivery timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option selected during the order. For orders exceeding £120, you qualify for free delivery within the UK.
We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. In the event that the supply of products is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify you and take measures to mitigate the impact of the delay. If we undertake these steps, we will not be held liable for delays resulting from the event.
If our delivery agent is unable to deliver to you because you are not at home during the delivery attempt, and if you fail to follow their instructions for arranging a re-delivery, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and cancel your order. In such cases, we may charge you for the costs incurred in attempting to deliver the products to you, but we will refund you the cost of all products that we are able to resell.
You become responsible for the products once we deliver your order to your delivery address.
For shipments within the UK, customs or import duties are not applicable. However, customers outside the UK may be subject to customs duties or taxes. Customs or import duties will be imposed once the parcel reaches the destination country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay these charges, and they may also result in delays in the delivery process.
Please be mindful that deliveries outside the UK may be subject to various customs, regulatory, or legal restrictions. To adhere to local legislation, additional taxes, fees, levies, import duty, or formal customs entry may be required, for which you or the shipping recipient are responsible. We are not liable for any charges incurred, and we cannot provide assistance or advice in this regard. It is recommended to check with your local customs agent before placing an order.
INSPECTION
Upon receiving the products, it is recommended that you inspect them and ensure that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us otherwise and return the products in accordance with your cancellation rights or other statutory rights.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return faulty products within 30 days after their delivery. If you order multiple products delivered separately, the 30-day period begins after receiving the last product in your order.
In case you receive damaged goods, please contact our Customer Services team by email with photos of your order at contact@vayuliving.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For returns, all items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, with all seals and labels intact. When returning your order, ensure you obtain proof of postage (with tracking information), as we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit. The responsibility for the parcel remains yours until it reaches our return facilities.
Returns for faulty products will not be accepted after the 30-day period. Attempted returns beyond this timeframe may result in us sending the product back to you, and you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
To initiate a return, email us at contact @vayuliving.com with the details of your return. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct tests to determine its faulty status. Returns not meeting the specified requirements in these T&Cs or deemed not faulty will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. If the product is deemed faulty, you will have the option of a full refund or replacement.
Please note that we may reduce your refund if products are not returned in their original condition or if they have been used, damaged, or are in an unsaleable condition.
YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 from the date of your order confirmation until 14 days after delivery of your products.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us promptly by sending an email to contact@vayuliving.com. Your cancellation becomes effective from the date you send the cancellation email. It's important to note that this does not impact your 14-day cancellation right.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition. Customer hygiene and safety is paramount, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and with all tamper-resistant seals and packaging intact. We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not re-saleable and reserve the right to not return non-compliant returns for health & safety purpose.
If the products you received from us are faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be liable for your costs of returning the relevant items (including any shipping fee).
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Periodically, we release promotional and discount codes. If you possess such a code, there is a designated box on the "Order Summary" page where you can enter it. Please note that codes are case and space sensitive.
Please note that only one code can be redeemed at a time. We recommend selecting the code that best suits your purchase.
GIFT CARDS
In addition to the standard T&Cs, the sale of our gift cards is subject to the following additional terms:
Gift cards expire after 18 months.
Gift cards can be used to redeem any products available on our website.
Gift cards are non-returnable, non-reloadable, and non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-transferable and can be purchased using the same payment methods as our products.
If you return products purchased with a gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account for use in future purchases.
We are not liable for any loss, theft, destruction, or unauthorized use of a gift card. We reserve the right to cancel a gift card at our discretion and for any reason deemed necessary.
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
We reserve the right to transfer our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another organization. In the event of such a transfer, we will notify you in writing, ensuring that your rights and our obligations under these T&Cs remain unaffected. However, you may only transfer your rights or obligations under these T&Cs to another person with our written agreement.
OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights pertaining to the products, images, and materials featured on this website are either owned by or licensed to Vayu Living. These rights are protected by copyright and other laws worldwide. Reproduction or utilisation of any products, brands, illustrations, photographs, videos, graphics, or other content from our website is strictly prohibited without our explicit permission.
While you are permitted to link to our website, it must be done in a fair and legal manner that does not harm our reputation. Any linking should not imply endorsement by us. Furthermore, you are obligated to promptly remove such links or related posts if we request you to do so.
