Perfect for my sensitive eyes

I had been on the lookout for an eyeliner that does not mess up with my eyes as they are very sensitive. This eyeliner doesn't disappoint, I dont get any irritation.. My friends even told me my eyes look brighter. Some days I only use it on my waterline and it makes my eyes pop. Love it!
