In addition to these botanical wonders, this formula is enriched with Non-Nano uncoated Zinc Oxide, providing you with added protection from direct sunlight. Unlike chemical sunscreens, Non-Nano uncoated Zinc Oxide sits on the skin's surface, forming a protective barrier without being absorbed into the skin.

Why doesn’t this formula carry an SPF number?

To assign an SPF rating to a sun care product, it must undergo SPF testing, which requires the sunscreen ingredient—such as Zinc Oxide—to be dispersed evenly throughout the formula. However, in alignment with Earth To You's mission, certain emulsifiers and ingredients traditionally used to disperse Zinc Oxide are avoided. Therefore, we ask that you shake the bottle before each use to disperse the Zinc Oxide yourself, ensuring optimal protection.
